I agree, he looks fine...and will probably live longer then most dragons because of his healthy weight.

I think I need to show his pic to Pig, she is one of the fatties of which I speak. The beast is getting so fat, he stomach is starting to drag and she is only 7 months.

Darwin's been pretty normal colored since he was a baby

He's gained some color around his eyes and lost most of the color on his back and the orange around his spikes.

Hello,

I love the look of the normal/natural phased dragons. They are so beautiful.
I think he looks fine, especially the one at 9 years of age, that is great!
Most of the times, the "normal" morphs have natural coloring that really is not bred into them.

Thank you...
Yep I totally agree that the "normal" dragons have colours in them. I have seen them out there, some of which are so bright it would put most of the morphs to shame lol. Can't really get more "normal" than a wild BD I suppose...
Mine is a normal Whyalla, SA locality BD by the way.

Redink, if you ever get a chance to take pics of wild dragons, we would love to see them. There is always someone who thinks they live in the desert and don't climb, seeing them in the wild can really help.

Fiz is a "normal". He's my little baby, about 9 inches :D I don't care if he's a normal. I'd love him even if he was purple with yellow polka dots

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
