Anyone own a "Normal" beardie line? Just curious; I see alot of color morphs out there, but haven't really seen any "Normals".

I guess Berta is considered a "normal" color. She sure makes up for it in personality though! That's what really matters to me.

If you want a normal phase dragon, visit a local reptile show or local pet store. They are not too difficult to find =P Just make sure that he/she is healthy at time of purchase.

Oh, I was just interested in seeing a normal's colors etc. I really want a red leather or micro scales.

As far as we know, Bindy is as normal as a leatherback can look, colour-wise. He's been pulling lots of orange, and yellow though lately. So he must have something else in him :p

my 2 are kinda like that too.
When Shen-Ron is happy and basking she has alot of yellow and a little orangy highlights.
ANd when Tamyas isnt cranky (which is rare as of late) he has alot of burgundy and other brown/tan shades with some orange highlights also
I dont know what morph they are, they are my little ones and thats all that matters. :)

I think mine is what you call a "normal" dragon. He does have some orange on his head, but as far as I know he isnt any type of special morph.

Bindy's a leatherback, but his colours are "normalish" ... he's got some orange in his beard, and starting to pull a bit of colour; but he's nothing like some of the vibrant ones on here.

When I think of normal, this is what pops to mind:

That's Bacon, she's 4yrs old and I bought her at some podunk petstore when she was just a little thing. As standard as you can get in a dragon these days. The only color she has is around her eyes and parts of her head.

Yoshi has some orange on his head, and he will brighten up if he's under a nice blankie, but other than that he would probably be considered a normal dragon, but has quite a personality and loves the camera. lol Feel free to check out his thread, (in my signature) if you like. He's actually from Petsmart.

Our other beardie, Aurora isn't considered a normal dragon. She is a citrus tiger/ orange trans. Feel free to check out her thread of you also in my sig. Aurora was got from a breeder that my husband and I saw at a few reptile shows.

I'm pretty sure Irwin is of "normal" descent. I didn't realize there was others until I got onto this web site. I just thought some happen to be brighter than others. What can I say I still have a lot to learn. But I sure am having fun doing it. Don't get me wrong I love my other pets but Irwin just ROCKS!!!!

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
