At that age give him 2-3 meals per day all the roaches he wants in about a 10(ish) minute window. Since he is so small, be sure to only offer small roaches for now and make sure he can easily chew them down. The number he eats will vary so go more by time/interest rather than count.
Since you have a high output UVB light I would use plain calcium without D3.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
