The vet doing fecals gave me a certificate for a free exam and she thought he looked good. His free fecal was also negative. So I felt good about him. He is probably a male and he is supposed to be captive bred, New Guinea variant.

Awww, he's cute! That's a frilled dragon, isn't it?
Yes, he is so cute, he is supposed to be captive bred, New Guinea variant. He is so calm, he hasn't frilled at me yet. He is like a baby beardie! He should have a yellowish frill when he gets older.

I'd like to get one of them some day. They are a little to expensive for me, tho.
He wasn't bad, there were only 2 at the whole show and they were $129.00

I felt that was good for captive bred and then the vet check and negative fecal. So I splurged! I need to start looking for larger caging though! Ifhe does as good as my beardies, he will be a monster!

Nice.
I just woke up and saw the first pic and thought, that's a freaky little beardie. Then I read on.

:blob8: He ate about ten small crickets and drank some water this morning! :blob8: I weighed him, he is a whopping 8 grams and 7 3/4 inches long.

And yeah, he does look like a freaky little beardie doesn't he? My Beardies look at him like he could be lunch!

From what little I've read about them, they need a type of cage that we don't have, taller so they can climb. And, for me, $129 is out of my price range at this time. That's too bad, they are soo cute.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
