need some opinions

do you think I can give my guy super worms now he is 5 mos old and is pretty big. Reason why I am asking is because I am running out of lobster roaches and don't really want to break into my Duba colony yet. Here is a pic

Measure him from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail. If he's at least 16" you can try giving him superworms. You still want to be kind of careful though, and introduce them slowly. I made the mistake of letting my beardie eat tons of supers when i first got them and he wasn't able to digest them properly.

i just measured him and he's about 16 1/2 inches almost 17

Well then, he can eat them but like I said, be careful how much you feed him at first.
