Neck skin hanging

Sometimes my beardie has neck skin that hangs down, some times more than others. It doesn’t seem to affect him and doesn’t look like a problem but I just wanted to make sure it’s normal.

Hello,

That type of skin draping down slightly is very normal. Is your dragon a P. Barbata? He looks
different somewhat than the normal P. Vitticeps.
Are you in the US or Australia? Can you post more pictures of his entire body?
