Ok I'm new to owning a beardie, and I've noticed his nails r getting long. Do they need to be trimmed or sanded down some? He's On ceramic tile in his enclosure.

Well firstly- how big is he? Second-does he run about a lot? If you have ceramic tile in there then you should be ok. Heck, my beardie knows when he needs a manicure-he digs to wear his nails down lol.

he's about a foot from nose to end of tail. he really doesn't run to much. about 3 months ago we noticed he started to get that low calcium sickness, b/c out uv light wasn't on him, so we moved his enclosure to a window and made sure he got calcium rich foods, and he's doing better, not scooting anymore.
So now that he's doing better, I don't know if his nails r really long b/c of him not running or what. I'll probably wait a little longer and see what happens, if nothing changes, I'll take a pic and post it here.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
