My baby is on its way!!!

The beardie stork is en route....currently in Louisville Ky... Should be here tomorrow am! I've been waiting since May 18th...and its been a l o n g wait!!!! I got the pedigree emailed to me tonight and found out for the first time that its a............ Boy! Gotta admit even tho I agreed to let them chose based on best fit for me....I really had my heart set on a girl. I had a name picked out (Fluffy Sue...sue is my middle name) and I hand made a pink bed and very girly pink blanket. Now I have no idea what to name him. but at least he will get here only 2 days before my birthday as he's my Surprise birthday present to myself

They had a few 100 watt bulbs at 8 for 2.50$..I bought 3 packages cuz once they are gone...that's it. However they were white and not clear...dangit..so have to use the 150. I have literally bought 30 light bulbs in the last 2 days...lol.

hey, look at it this way...you won't have to buy bulbs for your house until 2050!!! LOL

My dad just has a box of lightbulbs in the garage. He goes to Home Depot- They've got LOTS of lights. We stock up, then put the extras in the box. If we're out, then we go to the Depot.

So I have been to CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, 2 different Home Depots, Lowe's, True Value Hardware, and Walmart... no luck at finding 75 watt or 100 watt clear bulbs. :shock: I'm just going to order online!! Update.....


Still having trouble getting him to eat. I've tweaked lots of things and ordered new crickets that are 3/8" as per THE GOLDEN SHOPPING LIST"...LOL. and some phoenix worms as I had gotten reptiworms...which he won't touch.

We have resorted to the babyfood cocktail...he does eat that.. I got him to take a bit over a CC of it last night..

I think he missed a spot

He is pooping a lot...and is up 2 gms since he got here.

Thanks! I'm thinking either Elliot Layne or Layne Elliot.. more likely the first ss it goes with my crestie- Emmett. But now to throw a monkey wrench in it... I looked st hiss naughty parts and I think he may be a girl..?!,? Just when I was getting so used yo having a cute lil prince! Th3n ill have to go back to deciding on names for girls. Maybe fluffy sue...maybe something sweeter...hmmm oh the pressure and choices are killing me once I officiallychose the name I eil do an intro and new beardie tales thread.

Wasn't the tranny was ball bearing joints are shot..one on passenger side was on borrowed time running out...and needed whole new arm set up on other side.

Ugh... 400$ crap I coulda had another baby for that much...lol
