lump on back and spine area looks curved

Tonight while feed our 4 month old bearie George we noticed a lump on back/hip area and spine area seems to curve there he is very active and eating and moving bowl great should we be concerned?

It's good that he is behaving normally. However, a lump is always cause for concern. Could you post a picture?

Do you use a UVB light? If so, what type & brand do you use?
How often do you use calcium?
