left town for a week...Lenny goes CRAZY

hey guys! so last week i was out of town because my brother was getting married out of state. My aunt had offered to watch Lenny for us. I gave her all the details about Lenny and how to take care of him.

Well tuesday afternoon we went to my aunts and brought Lenny back home(tank and all). He has been wild since! Just to clarify Lenny is an adult, over a year and half. Anytime he sees us in the room he watches us closely, and if we are by the tank he keeps moving around all over his tank! Lenny has been known to be rather "lazy" so this is abnormal behavior for him. I haven't seen him like this since he was a baby/juvie. We let Len run around quite a bit, but usually, he walks...slowly, takes his time. Now he has been sprinting everywhere he goes, and doesn't stay in one place long. Before, he would just hang out for a while anywhere he would go.


So my first question is, for an Adult is this normal?
Could it be that, because we let him out daily, and since he wasn't let out often with my aunt, that he is just going nuts now because he can again.
or
I wonder if maybe my aunt accidentally scared him?

He doesn't puff out or anything at us(never has), but he watches us with every move now, but still lets us pick him up w/o a fuss.

it sounds like he didn't like being confined for all that time.
he should calm down after a while, just let him run around to burn off energy.

Mr Dargon goes through fazes where he can't stay still. we just let him run around until he gets cold.
