Is kale okay? I read a few things about it not being okay

Hello, I feed kale sometimes, but I wouldn't feed it every day. I would feed kale once a week or not at all.

I wouldn't use it as the only option, but mixed in a salad on rotation it's fine and I've offered it before. I could say the same about most veges. Give as much variety as you can for the best results and healthiest diet =).
