I don't think so, keep an eye on it, if it starts to spread then see a vet. In the mean time if your concerned you could put a dab of none pain relieving antifungal cream on it. Don't put to much on though, you don't want to take a chance of it getting on something and your beardie eating it.

Not at all, many dragons get little tiny areas of scale scrapes or blemishes like that, very common and harmless and nothing to worry about.
