That is a great UVB bulb, we use those with our dragons.
I have never used a 100 watt house bulb for heat though so I would make sure that your basking spot temperature is reaching 100 Fahrenheit, if it is then thats great
My tank is a 40 gallon I believe (36 x 18 x 16). The Temperature of the basking spot is usually 100-108, and I'm ordering a dimmer switch to better control it.
Well everything sounds and looks right to me! This is what we have done with our Dragons, and they are all thriving. You are going to have one happy Beardie.
I will mention one thing, it is recomended to replace the UVB bulb once a year, because over time the UVB output becomes weaker.
It is a t8. I've seen some people say the UVB in t8's can last around 8 months to a year, but I'll probably still replace it every 6 months just to be on the safe side.

While they do still produce UV after 6m, it quickly diminishes to less than what they will need, so, yeah, 6m is a good marker to replace. I actually just upgraded to the t5, as it will eventually save me a LOT of money, and it is better for the dragon. Now I only have to pay $20 a year in stead of $50 for UV.
