Is my Beardie too small???

It was brought to my attention from another member on here that my beardie being 1 1/2 and only 13 inches is a small. I just got her two days ago. I did read and seen most peoples beardies are 12 inches at 6 -8 months old. Is there any way I can get her to catch up on her growth or is it to late. Also what could have caused this.

Im no expert, but I would say she is pretty much done growing length wise.

my beardie is 4-5 months old and is 13.75 inch long!
