There is no need for a secondary UV source with the Powersun. Use a standard fluorescent tube instead to increase tank brightness. Buy one marketed as a "daylight" bulb, roughly 5000k-6500k color temperature. This will increase the overall UV-A levels and increase brightness in the enclosure, stimulating appetite and activity. If you use a reptisun 10.0, and place it close to the basking area with the powersun, then you do face the risk of increasing UV-B exposure to dangerous levels. It really depends on the setup and strength of the bulbs however...so without a meter there would be no way to tell, and that alone is proof enough you shouldn't do it.
