It varies depending on their growth rate. They can shed almost constantly during a growth spurt when they are younger. As they get older the sheds become much less frequent and are often patchy. A tail shed one week, a hand shed the next etc. They can go for several months without signs of a shed as adults.

The first 8 months it seemed like ours was in constant shedding.... First tail, the arms, then body and lastly the head. Repeat, repeat, repeat

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
