How often to dust?

I don't remember how many times to dust my crix for my beardies. I use repcal with d3 mixed with the vitamin stuff from the same company. How often should I dust for 2 adults, one which just laid 19 eggs and counting, and 1 juvenile

adults- calcium 3x a week, vitamins 2x a week. The one that just layed should get calcium 5x a week
Juvi- calcium 5x a week, vits 2x a week.

How long should I dust 5x a week for the newly laid one. Should I have 2 seperate bags for dusting? Because on the label it said to mix them...should I dust one day with calcium, and dust the next day with vitamin?
