How often do i dust

How often should i dust buddy’s insects i feel like i may have been slacking a bit he is 8-9 months old

I usually dust insects with calcium at every meal. A light even coat by shaking the bugs gently in a small cup with some calcium does the job. I offer in small batches so they are easy to track. Once or twice a week the calcium can be replaced with a multivitamin if you want.
