She made it but the stupid driver never knocked, just left her on the porch in 55* weather. Two hours went by before I happened to go outside where I almost tripped over her box

She is ok, a bit cold but is warming up now. I'll get pics once she has had a chance to heat up and get a bath.

yay! good to hear that she made it safely. i would call the delivery company and complain though. leaving an animal in a box, which i'm assuming was marked as containing a live reptile, on the front porch in chilly weather is just a bad idea all around.

Yes it was marked quite largely that it was a live harmless reptile. Every now and again you get a crap driver. I rarely have any problems shipping with fedex gail just happened to be an exception this time. Not like it wasn't stressful enough that not being able to get a guaranteed delivery earlier than 430 pm haha.

I've got quite a few deliveries through fedex and this is the only time I've had a problem. I did think about calling and complaining but really, would it have done any good? If it had been really cold or really hot then I would have but no harm was done. Now that I know that my driver is a lazy bum, I know to either sit on the porch or at least keep the front door open if I ever get another animal shipment.
