how do i create a signature and a profile picture also how do i add pic on my beardies at bottom of my name like other users

Well, first you need to create a signature image (if you want an image) that fits in the right space, and have it hosted somewhere (like Photobucket).

Then you edit your Signature on the "Signature" section of the "Profile" tab of the "User Control Panel" (look upper left).

To upload an avatar image, click on the "Avatar" section of the Profile tab. Sections are on the left after you're in the User Control Panel.
