This is a Sterilite 16 Qt. "Sweater Box" 15" Long x 7" Deep
Can I use an under the tank heating pad for this? Or do I need to use a red heating bulb?

Will this setup work to feed a 6 month old beardie?

I would use the smallest one they offer you should be ok, buy do keep an eye on them. I think they make those heater for as low as a 2-5 gallon tank.

Are you planning on using that container as a holding bin to feed out of? Or, are you planning on breeding a colony?

If you are just using it as a holding bin, then no heat or light is necessary. If you want to breed roaches, then I would suggest a larger bin with a human heating pad or UTH. Lights are not necessary. You may find that they do better in the dark. If you can, try to have a well established colony before you start feeding out of it. Hope this helps...

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
