He headbutts his food, he’s been fine the last few days but yesterday he didn’t move much and now today he’s staying in one spot and now won’t open his mouth please help what do I do

Go over you husbandry in detail- temps how your getting them we need to rule out lighting and temps-- this is crucial - how is he getting water?
