Do dragons need to drink? Doesn't touch his bowl nor drink during his baths. He may stand in his bowl when chasing crickets , that's funny.

Most of the hydration come in two ways:

1. Food

2. It is absorbed through the dragons vent at the base of the tail.

There really is no point in keeping a water dish in the enclosure. If anything, it may boost humidity levels too much.

Thank you. I am new with this guy and enjoying him so much. He hasn't pooped since Sat., I think its the change in his diet . He hadn't eaten much in the 2 weeks prior to him coming to me. And he is slowly getting a few bites here and there of his salads. (Another thing he never had). I hope he comes to enjoy his baths.

glad you are enjoying your new beardie :) Sometimes using a towel on the bottom of whatever you bathe them in can inspire a bit more confidence at bathtime. :)
