Has anyone made roach chow?

I what to make my own roach chow but have no idea what to make it out of. Give me some ideas Please

dog and cat food, any dry food works

I feed mine cat food, this sickening sweet cereal that I can't eat- Sugar Smacks, and their favorite- Betta fish flake food.

When I cut up my greens for my beardie I take the stems off before I chop up his salad and give them to the roaches so there is no waste.

And you can always experiment with different things too. You will notice the roaches go after certain types of foods over others first. Baby Rice Cereal w/Mixed Fruits is a hit in my home! They also love their rolled oats.
