Hello everyone!
i just got my new baby beardie over 2 weeks ago, I'm not sure exactly how old he is tho but he's very small
I just wanted to know if you guys could give me any advice about how to tame him and allow me to hold him in time
because right now every time I even try to put my hand in near him slowly and from below him, he freaks out and runs as fast as he can away from it
Any advice would be great, as one day I'd love for us to be the best of friends!

Bonding can take some time. It took dasiy a little while before she was completely fine with me. You should put a piece of your clothing in the cage. Your beardie will get use to your smell. Then slowly put your hand in the cage and see if your beardie comes over gp you. It is going to take time but eventually your beardie will love you and want to just chill on you.

It just takes some time, especially with babies.

Remember that right now, in the wild he would be near the bottom of the food chain
and everything that is bigger than him might be wanting to eat him.

Just be patient and gentle, but firm in getting him out and handling him for
a little while every day. In a relatively short time, he'll learn that you aren't
intending to eat him and he should calm down and start trusting you more.

He may try to intimidate you into leaving him alone -- bearding, mouth open,
some even try to bite a bit...don't let him win if he does that or else he'll associate
that with getting his way. Just pick him up anyway and hold him gently.
