HAMMOCKS?

Ok guys. I really want my. BD 2 hav a hammock. Problem is I have a wooden viv. Only part that's glass is the doors at the front. Any ideas how I would go about attatching it to the walls????

The hammocks mesh material is just sitting around the suction cups. It can be removed from the cups without issue and placed back on them if you need at a later time.

Get the 3M super strong (red) double stick tape and put a little piece on the suction cup, then stick on to the wood. It holds VERY well!

i dont know whatt tape you mean? where would i get it? and im not sure i would want to risk him falling :s do you use it???

This stuff is SUPER strong!! I use it on a lot of things. In fact, I've got it holding all my wood trim pieces on my viv, as well as their hammock.

Or you may also consider Gorilla Glue which can be purchased at just about any home depot, lowes, or walmart. This glue will stick on just about any surface so you can simply glue the suctions to the wooden walls. Whenever you need to clean the hammock you can just remove the mesh from the suctions stuck to the walls.

Stick a nail through the suction cups or use a hook with a screw end like the first suggestion

Oooooh I need some of that tape! I have a glass aquarium, but those suction cups are no match for Dudley's chub... The middle suction cup of his hammock collapsed the other day, and he did a face plant into the ground! Poor thing.

Do you guys think that velcro tape would work well at all? Thats what I usually use to stick things onto the walls of my tanks.

sorry not really an answer just wanted to say that dudley is a beats (in a good way) and i hope one day Freddy-B is such a tank
