PeeWee is still going to Kaleen we have just postponed it for a couple of weeks since she lives in a very hot part of AZ.

I honestly am so excited about PeeWee and just can not wait to get her/him home, but the weather here isn't stable enough for a safe delivery I feel. By 10am it's over 100 degrees most days, it's ridiculous. In a couple weeks the weather will be perfect for PeeWee's safe arrival! I'm thinking she/he will have her/his own thread too, and yes with dozens of photos! ooooh I can't wait :love10: :laughing6: :love10: :laughing6:

We will let Tom and Donna pick out who, but I might have females that fit leatherback hypo narrowed down to #1, #2, and #13.
I sent pic's to Tom so he can help me make sure those are actually females...have to see what he says.

Thought I'd let everyone know that PeeWee will be leaving us Monday to go to Kaleen.

I would also like to inform my friends that I am a dollar short and a day late on my phone and internet bill so you all might loose me for a minute...don't worry I will be back asap.
However, it's possible that I may not be able to take part in the tracking party for PeeWee so if some of my friends could be there for Kaleen I'd very much appreciate it. Thank-you!

Absolutely I can post the link in this thread! I'll probably be starting a thread for PeeWee on Sunday morning, as Monday I will be in surgery. It is outpatient and I should be home Monday afternoon,but I'm sure I'll be too out of it to set up a thread and fight with Photobucket! We're picking up his enclosure today and I will post pictures of it on Sunday, I got him the cutest stuffy!! I will be home recuperating all week next week, so I'll have nothing to do but love PeeWee and document his every move :laughing6: :love5: :laughing6: I can't thank you enough Barbara, you've been so patient and understanding. PeeWee is coming home at the perfect time. There's nothing better than a beardie to make it all ok!

That's awesome that PeeWee will be shipping on Monday. Can hear the excitement in your writing Kaleen. If you could post the link here, I will be able to track him his journey with you for a while Monday evening. :wink: Can't wait to see the cute stuffy you got him.

I'm really glad you are getting PeeWee. He really needs someone to love him and you are it. But then all beardies need someone special just for them. Diane got a female a few months back from someone in Colorado, I believe, that needed her and her family to love her. Now they have one of Barb's babies to love and he seems to have completely bonded with her son. The perfect beardie for him. I love stories like this and now you are another one. I hope I can find the post you make for PeeWee as I want to follow him.

Hi Kaleen, so glad to hear PeeWee is finally going to his forever home. Hope your surgery goes well & yes, it always makes everything better to have a beardie to take care of. I'll help with the tracking party, too, and can you post your thread, too, so we can all keep track of PeeWee as he grows up? He's such a cute little guy!

I guess I better warn you, Barb. I've suggested to a couple of people who had petsmart/petco baby beardie problems, that they get with you. I don't know if they will or not but I wanted them to get with someone who has healthy beardies.
