The previous owner of my Beardie had him on blue sand, its a shame really because when he is wet you can see his true beautiful colors which is black with a bit of orange.
Is there any way to get rid of his blue tinge?

I think he is pretty much stained until the next shed.. You can try using a soft toothbrush in the bath.
Alright thanks, I can't wait to see his true color's permanently.

I have the same problem with my beardie. I switched from alfalfa meal bedding to Zoo Med's Vita-Sand and grabbed orange. SHE'S ORANGE!! Also the sand gets EVERYWHERE. She has shed a bit since and has shed the orange color off but it's right back from using it. Think I'll go back to the alfalfa meal unless anyone can suggest a better calcium based "sand" for her. I was told I "have" to use a calcium based sand and not just regular sand or it may cause impaction(s).

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
