foods for weight gain

what foods are good to help a dragon put on weight healthily? not just to make them become fat, but to help thm gain healthy weight?

If not to gain weight for fat lost in pregnancy etc I would probably just say a great variety of protein ranging from worms-roaches-crix

My regiment of healthy weight gain consists of lots of small meals through the day. There needs to be a certain amount of hunger to trigger a healthy eating and activity. Proper hydration is key also.
