They are a little bit plugged up, but not too badly. Try some warm water soaks to soften them (it's a waxy substance) and then they should be able to loosen and free up.

Yeah warm water tends to soften the buildup so it can be (gently) pulled free or brushed off.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
