Well, he doesn't have a name yet but I picked him up this morning, a little 4 month old 10 inch bugger that will most likely have me trained within the week. I don't have any reptile enthusiasts in my family/friend group so no ones wants to see any pictures, I'm hoping there are at least a couple people here who don't mind looking at pictures and the occasional story?
My first glimpse of the little guy1
And right after I got him out of his little baggie, his box and bath are in the background. The bath didn't happen so we'll try that for the "first" time later.
Zoomed phone camera so not the best quality...
Now remember his pretty coloring when i first got him, well he got very stressed shortly after I got him into his tank. He got so dark it's hard to believe he was the same dragon. He's basked for a couple hours since I've fed him so i went ahead and put a hide box in his cage so he can relax.
I'll post more pictures tomorrow of his cage setup and what not because it's time for work... Hopefully a few hours of peace and quite will make him feel better. His stress marks were gone when I put in the box but he was still very dark. I can't wait to hold him--- oh! Just looked over and he came out of his box already all on his own. Glad he's not going to be a hermit!
Shoot, 20 minutes to get ready... thanks for reading about my boy and I'll keep everyone updated!
