dubia giving birth?

So I opened by bin today and one of the large roaches had a pale yellow/orange thing coming out its back. was about the size of a dragon bowel movement. this is the egg case??

Yup, that was the egg sac.

i seen on youtube one giving birth and it was like a white ring? does it turn white eventually?

The white ring is the babies after the have fallen. They come out all attached. After a few hours they detach and start to shed. Its hard to find the white ones because they shed so fast.
