He/she might be a tad underweight. I'm going to ask a few questions to determine if there is a problem:
Can you tell me how much he/she usually eats each day?
How many times a day are you feeding?
How long is he?
What are your temps, basking, warm side, and cool side?
What are you measuring temps with (temp gun, digital w/ probe, stick on)?
What TYPE and BRAND of UVB do you use?
If you could get a mail scale (walmart- $20) and get a weight, that would help. http://www.thedragonhut.com posts the lengths and weights of their babies (as I'm sure others do, that's just the one that comes to mind) so you can cross-reference and see for sure.

How many times a day are you feeding? 2 times
How long is he? like 8 or nine inches i think
What are your temps, basking, warm side, and cool side? warm varies from 100 to 10 cool about 80's
What are you measuring temps with (temp gun, digital w/ probe, stick on)? prob
What TYPE and BRAND of UVB do you use? reptie sun 10.0
