Does anyone elses beardie only eat crickets when your not th

It seems like my beardies will eat worms right in front of me, but when it comes to crickets they like to be alone, I can leave the room and come back and bam all the crickets are gone, kind

Hunter used to be like that. However not like that anymore. He will eat crickets from my hands. Except when it comes to veggies. I have to leave the room for him to eat those .

same with dino, will eat all live feeders in front of me but his greens he wont eat if im watching. i can be in the room but if i look at him he stops, stares at me then walks away. kind of strange but thats why we love the lil guys.

Jeese, not mine, they will hop right into the feeder box and munch munch munch ! Now greens, they mostly eat after lights out. Can't tell you why, but they love to mystify me !

Lol! Drago will eat his crix in front of me but it may be because I feed him in a seperate container. Now his greens....that is a totally dif story! He won't touch them if he notices me watching! He will stop dead in his tracks & just stare at me until I leave the room! Silly beardie's! :laughhard:

oh my god! I thought it was just mine that was a shy salad eater its bizzare???? If i walk by him eating them he is disgusted with me and walks away! He will eat morio worms out my hand and locust in front of me He wont eat crickets no matter what he is way to posh for them lol! He also goes in a mood if i dont position his bed in the correct spot! I dont know who owns who!!

I've never actually caught my beardies eating their salad, although it is often tossed around their viv, and bitten into, but yeah it seems like if I try to feed crix in front of them they won't eat but if I leave the room for 30 minutes, all the crickets are MAGICALLY gone.

Phoenix worms on the other hand they don't play games with, they're just too good.
