how did bearded dragons become different colors like orange and blue? ( i have seen a pic of a blue bearded dragon)

Wild dragons come in different colors like orange, yellow, red and browns. Selective breeding has created bright varieties. Blue dragons don't exist.

no idea but I saw a purple one of blood bank dragons when researching care of them. I sooo want one

its called calcium sand it dyes them

The purple and blue dragons are all translucent and loose that coloring as they age, its all just a marketing scheme to sell dragons. I only ever seen a picture of a adult dragon being called blue once and it's always the same pic even though the dragon is still alive. Leads me to believe its just dyed from colored sand.

If that one breeder truly has purple/blue dragons they why can't they produce pics of adults or breed it into non trans?

good question. i hope my foot heals fast without any problems because thursday i broke my left foot and had to stay 2 nights in the hospital and i had to get surgery and xcrews and pins. i will be bed ridden for at least 2 months and i cant play with my charlie
