Dark spot on tongue?

He has a little speck of a blue grey on his tongue. Could be mouth rot but I’m not sure. Any advice or feedback?

No, he's fine ! Most dragons have that.

From what I can see in this picture, this looks to me like being the "gap" in the tongue. When mine was little it looked like a dark spot.

Maybe you can take a more closer photo when feeding him?
