Hello everyone this is my first ever bearded dragon and she is 4months old what are the common signs of illness in a bearded dragon. Is my bearded dragon healthy ?

She looks good in the pics, but maybe has some crusties in her nostrils

Yes I agree, she does look very good there, nice & colorful. It looks like her nostrils are probably
going to shed soon.
Common illnesses in bearded dragons are respiratory infections, high levels of coccidia or worms
which cause sickness & metabolic bone disease. If she isn't showing issues such as coughing,
wheezing, or mucous in mouth or nose then I doubt she has a respiratory infection. The nose plugs
are normal & likely aren't there due to a respiratory infection.
