Coccidia Help

One of my dragons was diagnosed with Coccidia today. I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of Zoo Med Wipeout 1 cleaner? Does anyone know if it kills the Coccidia in the cages?

I cant say for sure but it does not say that it does on the bottle.

From looking at the ingredients, i would be very surprised if it did, the concentration of the active ingredient is too low. A steam cleaner is a good idea to clean the tank, or something like this http://www.beardeddragon.co/index.php?route=product/product&path=73&product_id=249
