Clogged Femoral Pores

They secrete fluid from the femoral pores at times and I'd imagine that can harden or if they are in conditions that are unsanitary or if there is loose substrate it may cause clogging. There may be other causes beyond that but I'm not sure. Since it's a natural function I would guess that clogging indicates a problem with one of their systems or an external factor.

I've never heard of surgery for femoral pores. Is this your dragon or someone else's ? Do you have pics ?

It is someone else's dragon. A facebook group called, Bearded Dragon Obsession. Beardie slave is being advised against surgery.

Hard to say without more information. I've never heard of surgery for that either. Usually several nice soaks in a warm bath will do the trick.
