Poor little fellow , he doesn't look very happy and must be feeling really uncomfortable and sore.
There are very nasty bacteria and viruses on cat's claws.
I rescued a baby water skink who had a cat in hot pursuit of him about 5 years ago, he'd been clawed on his right eye and in the lower right jaw and developed a very nasty SI despite my best efforts to save him by immediately taking him a reptile vet who put him on pain relief and 2 courses of antibiotics (oral and injections). Was very traumatic injecting antibiotics into the shoulder of a skink who only weighted 8 gms - was so scared of impaling him if wriggled violently in the wrong direction.
After 6 months of intensive care by me under the vets supervision he seemed be thriving , and the decision was made to stop the antibiotics.
He was blind in the scratched eye and never able to handle hard food after the attack and became very sweet and tame and much loved by myself and my wife (our first pet lizard) .
2 months later he had a sudden relapse and was dead before I could get him to the vet , he actually died in my hand while I was on the phone arranging an urgent appointment to take him the vet.
As a matter of urgency - I'd have a good reptile vet check him out and get him started on antibiotics.
Better safe than sorry.
You could make a dilute betadeine solution (about the color of light tea) and
bath the infected area with it every other day. The butadiene will help clean out injury and will help kill any germs on the surface.
