Thank-you everyone.... :love5:

I had tried to reply here a few times an either lost my posts or just clicked on back page because I would start tearing up.
We are missing her badly. I find myself going to her viv when I come across an extra long beardie bite or if I'm serving one of her other favorites...then I remember.
I miss my snuggles, but I'm so glad that I had this entire last year to get lots of them in before having to say good-bye.

Okay(shakin' the tears away)!
On to happier conversation.

I have a house full of shed! It's everywhere you look!
Everyone is being rather calm at the moment though  ...other than Gus.
I'm not sure if Roux is making more eggs or not...I expected if she was she'd have laid a couple of weeks ago.
Tiggs, Checkers, and Flame(most the time) are just chillin'. Itty Bitty is about to loose her hide because she'd stay in it always if you let her.
Blaze has a very large attitude right now as he's going through a complete body shed whereas everyone else is shedding in patches. He whipped me good with his tail yesterday. Little snot!
Lola is about to shed head, tail, arms, and legs...she too has attitude...like that is a surprise. I swear she doesn't like me.
Zak-n-Wheezer have been shedding like crazy...aren't many patches left to shed now.

Other than that just been enjoying the grandchildren, Mr. Turtle, my garden, and getting prepared for babies by growing lots of bugs.

However the best news I have to share is about Richard...he is in 10th grade and passed his exit exam already. WooHoo!

Hope all are doing well....Hugs!

So far I have supers and crickets going, but am about to order some silkie and horned-worm eggs to hatch and grow as well.
I'll also be getting some roaches soon. Just not sure if I want to go with Rusty's again or Dubia...probably Rusty because the adults are not as large and can still be fed to adult beardies.

Yep everyone is up and eating greens so sheds here. :)

Hope all is going better now for you Morgan.

Update on eggies I had to dispose of one of the 22 eggies yesterday, but the remaining 21 look great and they are getting quite big. :D
I so can not wait to see what these widdle bitty babies will look like. The anticipation is killing me...

Hopefully I will have a fully functional computer soon(before babies and the boys birthday) so I can get back to posting pic's again. It's killing me that I can not do what I enjoy doing when on the computer....It a hit and miss and can be quite frustrating so I've not even been trying lately. Sorry!

Glad to hear the eggies are growing, sorry you had to dispose of one, but that happens, I know. So the bugs are starting, as I know you'll need tons once they hatch. I didn't have a chance to call you this weekend, like I promised, I spent the eve last night at Eric's which was nice & Sunday spent the aft at my brother Richard's, he gave my car an oil change while I played cards with my nieces, which was alot of fun. Then we all went over to my mom's for supper & when I got home, Cami, Jake's mom, came over for a visit, which was also great. I'll call you next Sunday for sure, as Saturday I finally get over to Joanne's to drop off 2 big bags of clothes that I don't wear anymore and pick up more of those seeds you mailed. Then I"m off to Richard's again, he's going to exchange my front wheels to my back wheels on the car & do other stuff. He likes to work on my car, I'm lucky, he's a great mechanic! Saves me tons & I get to have fun with my nieces that I just don't see enough. Emily will be going to Equestrian camp for a week in August & has a horse show on Aug 10 & I have the day off, so I'll be going. I'm going to try to watch her once or twice before then, too.

Hugs 'n snuggles to everyone, will be looking forward to you getting a better computer, as I miss seeing pics of your gang. Guess Roux hasn't started more eggs? Well 21 babies will be enough for one summer, right?

Hey Deb!
Yep! 21 babies will be just fine with me. ;D That means I still get to experience baby beardies and they might all get rehomed before Shasta delivers so I can spend more time with new grandbaby. :D
I will need thousands and thousands of buggies(about 2k per day). I have several containers of cricket eggs that are about to hatch. Beetles have been having sex so it won't be long before I have to move beetles to another container. And since the incubator is up and running might as well use it to hatch silkies and horns.

It's always nice having a mechanic in the family. An what a win win for you....you get your car fixed and get to visit with the girls. :D

Well I'm off to support my tomato plants as it's suppose to get very windy the next few days here. It was so bad last night I thought my plants were all gonna break off or fall over. ARG!!! Mother Nature just doesn't want to let me have an easy time gardening this year.
Plus I just found another gopher mound in my greens. :angry5:

Hugs!

I cannot fathom 2k bugs a day. It is beyond my comprehension. I really liked getting Clovis as a juvie so I could still watch her grow but she didn't need 100 buggies a day. I love ogling the babies though, so please post lots of pictures! They are so darling, with their big heads and tiny feet.. :blob8:

We have gophers also and rabbits, both are such a nuisance :angry5: I would love to permanently get rid of all the rabbits and gophers we have, just send them to another persons place, they can have them. My mother's relatives were farmers and they all disliked rabbits, they are soo destructive, gophers also. Bill used to raise zucchini many years before I met him and he says he had problems with black birds also.

Okay, so I've been looking through this thread and I'm just really confused. How on earth did you end up with a two headed bearded dragon? I think it's very cool but am so confused as to how it came about!

well said Lori, when people ask me (because sometimes I put their picture as my wallpaper on my cellphone LOL) "what the heck is that"... I say "you mean WHO. They are Zak-n-Wheezie : a.k.a. Wheezie-n-Zak, they hatched to a friend of mine, and she fell in love with their personality, devotes her love to helping them thrive, and that was nearly 5 years ago... the rest is history"

Without Barbara and her devoted and understanding husband, son, and family, ZnW wouldn't be here today. They are thriving, and totally spoiled rotten. We wouldn't have it any other way!!!

Dargonborn, Zak-n-Wheezie are conjoined twins. They have their own thread, so check it out. They are an absolute miracle, the oldest 2 headed dragons in the world & very well loved. Look up "Zak" and you'll find their thread, check out the first few pages & you'll see how well they grew. They're going to be 5 yrs old on June 14 & much celebrated by us all. They are truly miracles, each with their own personality, even if they share one body.

Yep littlebirdy them little bubble heads sure can put them away for the first few months.
Once you can start feeding larger bugs it's not so bad, but until then it's nuts.

Thanks Lori, Dawn, and Deb for answering our newcomer and directing them to the right thread for answers and for your kind words and compliments. :)

Thank-you Dragonborn and welcome to the site! :D

Hard to believe they are gonna be 5y/o in just a few weeks.

Lori we have rabbits too, but they ***knock on wood*** haven't given us any issues in the garden. They don't spend much time directly in our yard as they are Beefy's delicacy. He didn't get to be 21lbs eating gophers. It was all that hausenfeffer, cans, and table scraps.
It does seem as if Clarence our other adult male cat has knocked down the gopher population for the moment. He's a killer.... some mornings I'll watch him catch a dozen of them like they are an appetizer. :puke:

Nothing much to update about since the last update everyone is still shedding, but they are eating so I am happy. :D

Eggies only have 3 to 4 weeks(21 to 28ish days) to go. They are at 43 days(6weeks-1day) now and looking good. Roux still hasn't laid anymore an I was thinking she might not, but she's leaving spludges today and dug in the lay-box yesterday so we will see. Doesn't mean that they will be fertile as I'm not sure just how potent Gus is, but we will soon find out.

It's a beautiful day here today slightly breezy an only 85*...not to breezy so beardies still get outside time. :blob8:

Will post pics as soon as possible...stupid computer can't wait to smash it with a hammer. :banghead:
I'm really starting to have pic withdrawls myself. :(

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
