Butterworms making webs?

I bought 10 butterworms last night and woke up to see them making webs... it was quite surprising. I have them in a oat substrate so what does this mean? :O

They will do that. It's normal. Just keep them in your refrigerator so they go into hibernation and last longer.

I have them in the refrigerator, I took them out this morning for feeding and saw that. I was just a little surprised
