Butterworms from Walmart.. are they safe?

I went to Walmart today and saw butterworms in the bait section. They were huge and plump and all alive. 36 for $3.94. Has anyone ever used them from Walmart before? Are they safe?

I've used them before when I ran out of crickets for a couple days and I've never had a problem with them.

Update, been feeding Louis walmart Butterworms for a week now and he loves em. I have ordered from Mullberryfarms and these look just as healthy , even a brighter color. I highly recommend your closest walmart for some cheap, good quality Butterworms.

P.S. the company that supplies walmart with their worms is called DMF worms based out of Waterford MI. I actually pass their business everyday on my way to work and never noticed. Wonder if they will sell me bulk butters for cheap!
