Brumation

Hi guys
Before I start - love this org xx
My lovely beardie Mick (thought she was a guy) who is 2 1/2 is 4 days into her Brumation.
Reading up some people say you should still bathe them weekly? I'm inclined to just let her sleep!
Thoughts??

I've never bathed mine.....unless your dragon drinks while being bathed, then it won't benefit her. If she DOES drink in the bath you could do so every 2 weeks, not weekly because the metabolism is slowed down, body functions decrease and so does the need for food/water. You might also offer water via eyedropper or syringe directly on her snout for a drink. You can tuck a thick wad of paper towels under her chin to catch the drops every other week. If bathed, pat her dry + put directly back in the tank. I've always let mine sleep right through, but conditions are conducive in my cellar during the winter for a real brumation, temps. being just above 60 degrees.
