Best place?

Any recommendations for online stores to buy stones (for basking and holding in heat), fake branches and other accessories for a tank?

It really would vary depending on where you live. Make sure you don't get any heat up rocks or pads as bearded dragons naturally deprive heat from above, not under. Heat pads and rocks will burn your dragon. I also wouldn't reccomended buying fake plants as bearded dragons can sometimes eat them, which causes compaction. I think there is a article on this site somewhere about safe plants you can put in a beardies tank. Branches need to be sterilised and not from your backyard as they could hold parasites or bacteria that may harm your dragon.

Honestly, stones and rocks aren't really that useful in a dragon enclosure. Your better off getting one or two climbing branches, preferably in the warmer end. It's good that they are high, but not to high so your dragon can bask properly. If you get lucky enough, try to get a branch with different leveling so your dragon can experience different tempatures if they desire. A hide is great to in the cooler end as they can retreat when they feel the need of security or are too hot. The best place to get your decor from is definitely the pet shop (one that is clean and you can trust) or a exotic pet store. I live in Australia, so I wouldn't know any stores to reccomend to you unless you live in Aus but I have personally heard exoterra is very good http://www.exo-terra.com/en/index.php

Here's a picture of my setup just for a rough idea:

Definitely some good information, thanks. I know that heating rocks aren't good but I read multiple people mention that a rock under the basking area is good for retaining heat from the lamp. I was thinking maybe online stores would be a better place for accessories since Pet Stores generally overprice for lower quality products but I guess Ill get my decorations from PetCo of PetSmart

I have personally never seen those before. I don't think a beardie would easily get their toes caught in there, but on a rare occasion. It should be pretty easy for them to get their feet back out however. The holes don't look to deep or prominent so they would probably just climb onto it like a normal log. You could give it a try. The little holes will probably act as holds that make it easier to climb. Just make sure the log isn't too sappy.

I got 75 lbs of flagstone from a local nursery for $20. You could easily get by with 10 lbs of rocks of less actually, and it would both be cheaper and better than fake rock type stuff you get for tanks.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
