Best feeder insect to use as a staple?

I got a little six month old juvenile bearded dragon a little more than a week ago, and she's great. Loves to sit on my chest and be petted, and loves soaking in water in the bathtub. Also a great feeder! She isn't as skiddish as most babies are, but also slightly shy.

Anyway, she doesn't seem to like crickets very much. She likes things that wriggle, like worms. I've given her three wax worms and three meal worms since I've had her, just to see how she reacts, and she devours them. She will eat crickets, has been eating about 30+ a day, but I think she likes things that wriggle instead of jump more.

Crickets are also gross and annoying, I ordered 1,000 from Ghann's Cricket Farm (great crickets, by the way), but whenever I'm transitioning them from the cricket tub to her tank, they jump out and I don't like crickets running around my room.

I've heard of people using silkworms as a staple, and super worms, and horn worms. I'm not really sure which is best. Since she's a little juvenile, I'm also not sure what size to get and how many.

She hasn't gotten any interest in vegetables yet. I always keep some chopped up collard greens, broccoli, shredded carrots, and some romaine lettuce in there with her, but she won't eat any. I think the taste for them will kick in when she's older. Any ideas on how to spark her interest would be helpful.

Here she is! She isn't on sand anymore, I fixed that problem within the first hour of getting her, that picture just showed off her colors nicely and was when she first came home.

I recommend Dubia roaches!
One of the best feeder insects you can give to your beardie
And if you want to invest in starting a colony of your own, they're easy to care for and you'll be saving so much money

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
