Aww.. thanks akingsley! She loved that flower, and gave me a deathglare when I tried to pick her up off of it. I need to buy some fake flowers for her viv.. she's obsessed, lol.
I have quite a few pictures that I could submit for the calendar, but I'm not sure how to make the picture dimensions large enough. :?
Mine is named Alucard (Dracula backwards if you didn't catch that). I named him after a manga (Japanese comic book) character. The manga was called Hellsing.
Our beautiful boy is named Giles. We named him after a character from my all time favorite television show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. We had talked about needing to have an animal we could call Giles, and automatically we all thought a lizard would be the most perfect for that. So we knew his name long before we had him.
Interesting sidenote, all of our pets are named from the show, we have 3 dogs, Willow, Tara and Clem, and 2 cats, William (the Bloody) and Oz, so our Mr. Giles the Watcher fits right in and is a beautiful addition to our family. Everyone has such great beardie names!
We named ours Rexie because we don't know if she's a boy or a girl yet. This way, she can stay Rexie if she's a girl, or be Rex if he's a boy... but I'd probably still call him Rexie anyway.
By the way, how old are they when you can tell if they're a boy or a girl?? I think Rexie is about 6 weeks old.
My little one is named Daytona, after the Dodge Daytona.
This car.
All the critters have car-themed names
Ascari - Tarentola mauritanica
Exige - Hyla cinerea
Sprite - Hyla cinerea
Elise - Hyla cinerea
Hemi- Hemidactylus...something. Haven't nailed down the ident. on this one yet.
Hi there mine are called Buffy,Nibbles and my rescue one Cleo.
Buffy got her name due to the fact that when i put a Buffy dvd on she would run round the viv and bob her head to the theme tune
Nibbles got her's because she would nibble everything she could see to find out what it was - right little madam.
