It's good to have both on hand. I have one of the activated charcoal kits too. Hope I never have to use it but glad it's ready to go.

Its definitely a good thing to have them on hand! My problem is just finding the stuff for the most part. I tend to sleep really late cause of work and never really go out to some of the shops that might have what I need.
