It's a bit blurry so it's hard to see, is that a bit of shed on his eyelid? I am not quite sure but it doesn't look like anything bad. Can you describe what is looking odd about it?
What brand and type of bulbs are you using for your lights? Sometimes the wrong bulbs, like the coil UVB lights, will irritate their eyes and they end up keeping them closed. Can you go over other basic information for his setup, such as temperatures - cool side, warm side, basking site? It's best to use a temp gun or a digital probe left at each site for at least 20 minutes to get an accurate reading.
I am using the reptisun 10 watt and it is a coil so I guess that could be a problem. And sorry it takes so long to respond for some reason it doesn't update me when someone adds to the board.
You should turn the coil light off for now so his eyes can get a rest, he will be fine for a couple of days until you can replace it. Get a tube light like the Reptisun 10.0, make sure its long enough to cover around 2/3 of the tank. Hopefully with the correct lighting his eye should improve.
