I've got a big ole boy to. Zen was 1300 grams last time I weighed him. The vet tells me he isn't obese though and that his weight is ok for his size.

Can you post a current picture of him to show his body size ? That's a lot of weight for a dragon, must be a bulldozer morph.

Holy jeez! I actually bought another scale because I thought mine was broken when Thor went from 485 to 635. I couldn't even imagine 1300! How long is he?

A little over 23 inches

This is on the scales just tonight. Just under 1300 grams but he is to big to get on the scale completely, his tail was on the counter

He is a big beautiful bulldozer ! Happy looking fellow in those pics. He is an xp large for sure and I beg to differ with your vet. He could benefit from an exercise program, less bugs and some weight loss. It will be better for him in the long run. And I know you want him for the long run !
